Precolumbian Art facing Contemporary Art

 

Entrée Française

Created in 1970 by the ARGILLET familly, the gallery proposes a large selection of copper etchings

publications dating since 1958, featuring all the major figures of surrealism : Hans BELLMER ,

Giorgio DE CHIRICO, Salvador DALI, Leonor FINI, Wassily KANDINSKY.

From the 1980s, the gallery also represented young painters and sculptors working in

"Figuration Libre" like Jean Michel FICHOT and Jean Paul FACOON .

Since May 2010, the gallery presents now permanently a large selection of

Pre-columbian masterworks.

All these activities are displayed on this website.
